In addition to her mother, Denise is survived by two daughters, Sandra Jacobs and Chris Warner, the man she considered her son, of Catlettsburg, KY and her other daughter Misty, three grandchildren Liberity Morgan (Ethan) Coon, Shayden Mariah Jacobs (Brice Lavender) and Kanenan Dwayne, one brother Larry Ferguson and his wife Angel of Ashland, KY. Also surviving are many extended family members, friends, one brother in law Albert Pauley, and her grand dog Turbo.
