Carmen was born on August 10, 1942, in Comerio, Puerto
Rico. She is the daughter of the late Diego Nieves and the
late Severina Perez. She was the beloved wife to the late
Jose Emilio Roca.
Cherished mother to Jose, Carmen, Rosemary, Maria,
Diego, Patricia, Patricio, Lissette and Javier. Adored
grandmother to Jose III, David, Christina, Robert, Michael,
Marly, Clayton, Jaden, Brian, Jacob, Thomas, Eliana and the late Chrystal.
Wake services will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023 from 4-
8pm, at Michael Hagerty & John Vincent Scalia Funeral
