Carmine Alfonso Principato

Carmine Alfonso Principato, 57, of New Milford, NJ, passed away on May 17, 2025. Born on January 16, 1968, in Brooklyn, New York, Carmine was the beloved son of Marianna Principato (née Sedita) and the late Angelo Principato (2005).
A proud graduate of James Madison High School, Class of 1985, Carmine went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Baruch College in 1989. His passion for accounting shaped not just a successful career but a lasting legacy. Carmine was the dedicated founder and owner of CAP, CPA - his own accounting firm in New Milford - where he served his clients with integrity, precision, and genuine care.
Carmine's life was rich with love and connection. He leaves behind his cherished daughters, Kaitlin and Julia and his lifelong friend, Gina, who remained a constant presence in his life. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
An avid fan of the New York Rangers, Carmine shared his enthusiasm with everyone around him. He also had a deep love for music, especially the band RUSH, and found great joy in fishing.
Carmine will be remembered not only for his professional excellence, but for his warmth, loyalty, and the many lives he touched.
