born on September 9, 1945, in Providence, a loving mother and adoring grandmother, Carol passed away peacefully on September 4, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Carol began her career in retail, but found her true calling as a teacher's assistant at Stork's Nest Child Academy. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Carol was a vibrant individual with a variety of interests. She was an active member of the Bonnet Shores Beach Club, where she enjoyed spending time at the beach and soaking in the sun with family and friends. An avid card player, she loved the camaraderie of playing cards with relatives and friends, and she was also a devoted participant at the Narragansett Senior Center, where she fostered friendships and community connections.
Carol’s proudest accomplishments were her family, she is survived by her son, Craig Cascella of Hollywood, Florida, her daughter, Rayna Bouchard and her husband Matthew of Rehoboth, Massachusetts; she adored her grandchildren, Bella and Bryce, who brought her immense joy and pride; and her brother, Robert Clark of Bristol. Carol was predeceased by her husband, Agostino A. Cascella, and her beloved, longtime companion, William DiPanni. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Catherine (Hanley) Clark.
