Carol M. Craig-Martin

Carol M. (Rebinskas) Craig-Martin, 78, of Lowell and most recently North Chelmsford, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at Lowell General Hospital after a period of declining health. She was the wife of James Martin with whom she shared the past 30 years of marriage.
She was born on September 5, 1946 in Lowell, a daughter of the late Vincent Rebinskas and the late Clara "Lee" (Piatek) Rebinskas, she was raised in the Billerica area. She spent her lifetime working in the cosmetology field. Most of which was dedicated to her establishment "Charisma Hair Care" in Chelmsford, which she owned and operated for over 25 years. She was also a devout member of St. Casimir's Parish in Lowell.
Carol was an active and independent woman even as illness affected her. In her younger days, she earned a black belt in TaeKwonDo and worked her whole life to be active and fit. She was generous, almost to a fault and would constantly put the needs of others before her own. A selfless and charitable individual, she will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Besides her beloved husband, James, she is also survived by her son, Steve Craig and his wife, Jessica, of Somerville and her sister Anne Rebinskas of Prescott, AZ. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her other 3 siblings, the late Paul Rebinskas, the late Billy Rebinskas and the late Pat Pitrowski, all of which passed away recently, as well as her two stepsons. Last but not least, she is survived by her cherished dog, Nivek.
All are welcome to attend her funeral service on Friday, March 7, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. at St. Casimir's Church, 268 Lakeview Avenue in Lowell. Procession will follow for burial at Fairview Cemetery. To send the family your condolences please find us on Facebook or use this website at any time.
