Funeral services for Carol Creger, age 81, of Jefferson, will be held at 2:00pm Monday, May 19, 2025 at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home, Jefferson. Interment will be in Dawson Twp. Cemetery, Paton, Iowa.
The family will visit with friends at the funeral home prior to the funeral, beginning at 1:00pm Monday, May 19th.
Carol was born October 2, 1943 in Jefferson, Iowa. She was the daughter of David and Martha (Nodulski) Ganoe. Carol worked for many years at General Electric in Carroll, IA. She also had a coffee shop in Paton. She liked to read and watch game shows.
Carol passed away May 15, 2025 at the age of 81 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Lowell Creger; and a sister, Joy Luedtke. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Sandra Cloninger of Churdan, IA; grandchildren, Courtney (James Ford) Cloninger, Levi (Aspen) Cloninger and Nathan Ure; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Francis "Butch" Ganoe; other relatives and friends.
