Carol Jane (Glant) Doolin, age 94, of Plainfield, Indiana, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2025. Born on March 29, 1931, in Princeton, Indiana, Carol was the beloved daughter of the late Floyd Glant and Elsie (Hines) Glant.
Carol was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Keith E. Doolin; her cherished daughter, Susan Doolin; and her dear brothers, Ronnie and Bill Glant.
She spent many years working at Watson Retail Store, where she was known for her dedication and warm spirit. Carol was a woman of strong moral character, guided by faith, hope, and a resilient spirit. She found joy in homemaking, baking, and sewing, always creating a welcoming and loving environment for her family.
Carol adored her grandchildren and shared a special bond with her beloved dog, Buttons. Her legacy of love and kindness lives on through her family.
She is survived by her loving sons, Gary (Marilyn) Doolin and Eric (Cherie) Doolin; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park North, located at 2706 Kessler Blvd West Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46228. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM, with burial immediately after at Washington Park North Cemetery.
Carol’s life was a testament to love, faith, and family. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
