Born and grew up in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, graduating from High School there. As a young woman, she traveled the US and Internationally to locations in California, Hawaii, and as far away as Australia. She began a career grooming and showing dogs, her successful career blossomed and she established her own dog Breeding line and grooming business "Starline Kennels and Grooming. Mrs. Harris owned and operated Starline Grooming from the early 80's, for 30 plus years which was in American Canyon.
She is survived by sons, Terence Scott McCabe of Fairfield, Timothy Allen McCabe of Napa, CA., and Joseph Wayne McCabe of San Diego, CA; brother Roger Schilling of Eau Claire, WI.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 15 at 12 PM at Twin Chapels Mortuary, 1100 Tennessee St., Vallejo. Burial will be on Monday, November 17 at 2 PM at Roseville District Cemetery, Roseville, CA.
