Carol Duval, age 71, passed away March 9, 2024. She was born December 29, 1952 to Clyde and Dorothy (Trammell) Alstadt in Omaha, NE. Carol enjoyed gardening and especially her iris and canna in her garden. She was a very hard worker and instilled that important trait in her family. You could find her shopping and volunteering at antique shops, and thrift stores finding treasures for all her loved ones. She will be missed by all.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her brother, Robert Alstadt; sister, Linda Eagleburger; and two grandsons, Adam Lowther and Aaron Lowther.

Carol is survived by her husband, David Duval; children, Richie (Stephanie) Lowther, Shannon (Chad) Hicks, Jonathan (Jacie) Lowther, David Duval, Tim Duval; brothers and sisters, Rita (Larry) Eagleburger, Clyde "J. R." Alstadt, Betty VanAllen, Terri (Tony) Ramsey, Kimberly Theisen; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends

Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 pm on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 9:00 am at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home. Final resting place at Omaha National Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
