Carol liked to work out in the yard and enjoyed watching UK basketball. She also enjoyed traveling.
Carol is survived by a son, Phillip Coffman and his wife, Lisa of Danville; 3 grandchildren: Blake Coffman, Brooke Coffman, and Braydon Coffman (Sarah Brown); and 4 great grandchildren: Nathaniel, Charley, Laynie Kate, and Suzanna Coffman.
Visitation is 5-8 pm, Friday, October 24, 2025, at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Knoxville, TN area. A Guestbook is available at www.wlpruitt.com.
