Gayle McCammon Obituary

Gayle was a very talented seamstress. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, knitting, and crocheting. She also loved flowers, crafts, and attending horse shows and car shows.
Gayle is survived by her husband of 49 years, Ricky Dale "Head" McCammon; sisters, Faith Ella (Dean) Chism and Linda Marie Reynolds, both of Nicholasville; brother, Rickey Dale Birchum (Shante) of Nicholasville; stepbrother, Rick (Sue) Bates of Berea; brother-in-law, Chris (Connie) McCammon of McKinney; and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Sydney Birchum, Jr. and a sister, Judy Loman.
Visitation is 5-8 pm, Wednesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be at 11am, Thursday at the funeral home with Bro. Mike Yocum officiating. Pallbearers are Chris McCammon, Jerome McCammon, Chase McCammon, Danny Tankersley, David Tankersley, and Rickey Dale Birchum.II. Honorary pallbearers are Ivan Brown and John Wagers. Burial is at McKinney Cemetery.
