Carol Ann Jolliffe Johnson, 79, of Morgantown, passed away Monday, June 9th, 2025 at Genesis Healthcare - Madison Center in Morgantown.
Born November 22, 1945, Carol was a daughter of the late Frank and Gladys Kelly Jolliffe.
Survivors include her husband of 61 years, David Paul Johnson; a son David Johnson and wife Dana of Savannah, GA; a granddaughter, Jordan Leigh Johnson of Orlando, FL; and a brother, Frank E. Jolliffe and wife Marlene of Mechanicsville, VA.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, David and Richard Jolliffe, and a sister, Jean Robertson.
Carol enjoyed camping, traveling to Amish Country and other areas, as well as cooking and baking - always looking for good recipes to clip. She was an avid reader and enjoyed working crossword puzzles. In general, she was just a lot of fun, and could a bit sassy when she wanted to.
Friends may join the family to honor Carol's life and legacy at Smith Funeral & Cremation Care, 108 Holland Ave., Westover (304-292-9494) on Friday, June 13th from 11:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 pm officiated by Pastor Dan Meadows. Interment will follow at the Mount Calvary Cemetery in Morgantown.
