Carol Lancey Obituary
A dedicated nurse, Carol earned her bachelor's degree from Cal State Los Angeles and a master's in nursing from County USC. She worked as a pediatric nurse and touched countless lives with her compassion and skill. Alongside nursing, she ran a preschool for many years, where even her son Matthew was one of her students. She raised three children-Matthew, Jeremy, and Amanda largely on her own, while also opening her heart and home to foster children.
Carol enjoyed life fully. She loved her trips to Las Vegas and Pala Casino, and she especially loved playing cards with friends and family, never passing up a poker night. Above all, Carol was a devoted Catholic, a generous woman to both family and strangers alike, and an inspiration to all who knew her.
