Carol Irene Lhotsky, 93, of Wooster, passed away January 26, 2025 at Glendora Health Care Center in Wooster.
Carol was born on December 9, 1931 in Cleveland, Ohio to Benedict and Louise {Grimshaw} Perzeski.
She was first married to George Lhotsky, who passed away in 1993. Later, she married Leonard Barcikowski, who passed away in 2012.
Carol worked at Rubbermaid for 21 years. She attended Wayne Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed bowling, mowing her yard, playing slot machines in many states, crocheting, reading, and working puzzles.
Carol will be deeply missed by her children Terrie (Earl) Martin of Wooster, Sandi Lhotsky of Wooster, Kathy (Jim) Houser of Jeromesville, and Jeffrey (Margaret) Lhotsky of Orrville; cherished extended family Michael (Dixie), Karen (deceased), Douglas, Thomas (Michelle), Kathie, and Pamela and their families; grandchildren Lisa (Scott) Trobaugh, Kris (Lance) Gideon, Keri Gordon, David (Megan) Martin, Christopher (Alicia) Valdez, Carson and Olivia Chronister, Joseph (Julie) Lhotsky, and Katherine (Jesse) Garlock-Lhotsky; 11 great-grandchildren.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, husbands George and Leonard, son-in-law Steve Bright, brother Allen, and sister Shirley.
Friends may visit Thursday from 3 to 5 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home (and livestreamed at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com/obituaries/Carol-Lhotsky) with Pastor Kirk Fairhurst officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
