Carol Lowy Obituary
Carol was born in McPherson Kansas.
She is predeceased by her husband, Marc Lowy; parents, Martha and Robert Bartter.
She is survived by her son, Jeffrey A. Lowy, stepchildren, Lauren (Brian) Miller, Steven (Jusilene) Lowy, siblings, Bradley (Suk) Bartter, Barbara Bartter, and Kenneth (Sharon) Bartter; nieces & nephews, Jessica (Michael) Rheinschmidt, Cristin (Michael) Kampsnider, Derrick (Ginny) Bartter, Michael Bartter, Isabelle Bartter, Evan Bartter, Elizabeth Bartter, Judith Huff and Joe Huff.
Carol earned her degree from The Ohio State University. She served Ohio for thirty years as an auditor. With one audit Carol saved the state seven figures. Golden retrievers remained her and Marc's passion throughout their marriage.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at First Congregational Church, 444 E. Broad Street, Columbus. Interment will follow at New Tifereth Israel Cemetery.
Calling hours will be from 6-10pm on Wednesday at Carol Lowy's residence.
