Ms. Carol Ann (Rossi) McCarthy, age 81, of Saugus, formerly of Malden and Everett, died on Thursday, January 2nd at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Ronald H. Anderson with whom she shared 47 years together.
Born in Revere, Carol was the daughter of the late Victor A. and Anna (Lynch) Rossi. She was a former bridal consultant at Brenner's Paper Products where she worked for 28 years. Carol loved to cook and watching cooking shows and she enjoyed watching old movies.
In addition to her husband, Carol is survived by her devoted daughter, Michelle McCarthy and her husband Rabah of Saugus; her son, Michael McCarthy of Middleton; her cherished grandson, Zack; and two brothers, Victor Rossi of Saugus and Ronald Rossi of NY. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, William Michael Rossi.
SERVICE INFORMATION
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., SAUGUS on Sunday from 2 – 5 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 11 a.m. followed by interment at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.
