MEIER, Carol Sue - Age 76, of Byron, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2026. A celebration service of Carol's life. will be announced at a later date. Those desiring may make contributions to the Pentecostal Church of God, 7003 S. US-31, Alanson, MI or the American Cancer Society.
Carol was born October 9, 1949 in Flint, the daughter of Ward Orval and Lenora (Mayle) Davis. She was a graduate of Hamady High School in Flint; and she received a Bachelor's in Arts from The University of Tampa. She married Richard Allen Meier June 5, 2021 in Alanson. She retired from the Henry G. Will Law Firm in Florida as a Executive Legal Secretary; she also owned and operated a restaurant in Oklahoma, and was the church secretary for the Pentecostal Church of God in Alanson, and she was a licensed hairdresser. Carol was an accomplished artist and writer. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, crocheting, and liked to share Jesus Christ.
Surviving are: her husband, Dr. Richard Meier; brother, Patrick (Neile) Davis of Grayling; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Gene Morgan; second husband, Captain Rolland Wilson; sister, Judith; and brother, Leonard Davis.
