Carol B. Ridington, born on January 3, 1952, passed away peacefully on September 24, 2025. She leaves behind a cherished legacy and warm memories that will forever remain in the hearts of her loved ones.
Carol was a vibrant soul who possessed a deep love for travel and cherished the joy of walking along the boardwalk in Ocean City, New Jersey. Her adventurous spirit and appreciation for life will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
She is survived by her devoted son, Christopher J. Marcellus, who carries on her legacy. Also mourning her loss are her beloved sister, Margaret Lyons, and brother-in-law, Michael, along with her thoughtful nephew, David Lyons, and dear grandniece, Stella Lyons. Their lives were richly enhanced by Carol’s presence, and her memory will continue to inspire them.
She is preceded in death by her loving parents, Claude and Margaret Ridington (nee Twesten), who’s nurturing spirits shaped her into the remarkable person she was.
Relatives and friends are invited to Carol's viewing scheduled for October 6, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Knoetgen - Donohue Funeral Home in Morton, Pennsylvania, followed by her funeral service at 12:00 PM. Interment at Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA.
