Carol and Cheryl were very much my best friends during our formative years in Rapid City SD... I have often wondered how life was progressing and have missed our bonds of innocence for years.
Grief is such a personal journey... one without comfort or closure... that space where words are ineffective however meant to convey healing
My heart is breaking for your loss for Carol´s warmth, kindness, and truelove will not ever be forgotten. She lives now within the sacred spaces deep within our souls. There Carol is .... Shining brightly and showering her love and genuine joy your way awaiting that future moment in time when we´ll all meet again.
May God Bless you, keep you all close, and comfort you in His wisdom, truth, and love for we are all eternal and there is nothing that can ever truly separate us from Him or each other.
Sending you all my deepest condolences, love, and gratitude for a treasured friendship

We have known Carol for over 20 years, as our girls grew up together. She was kind, and generous and thoughtful. She loved the great outdoors, hiking and fly fishing despite a life long battle with rhuematoid arthritis. Her decline was slow and painful. But as her son Josh so poignantly shared with us at her funeral, we can choose to remember the laughter, the joy, her sweet smiles and generous nature. We can choose to remember her as she would want to be remembered. And so we shall.
