It's with a heavy heart that we announce the Passing of Carol (Conrad) Stieben. She has gone home to be with her husband Lawrence (Larry) who preceded her in death. Carol is preceded in death by her parents, Walter Raymond (Ray) Conrad and Viola E Conrad (Myers).

Carol was born in Eugene, OR and grew up in Beaverton, OR. Carol was a 1960 Graduate of Beaverton High School.

Carol was preceded in death by 3 of her 5 siblings.

Brothers: James Lamb of Eugene, OR, Gordon Lamb of Eugene, OR, and Gerald Lamb of Springfield, OR.

Carol's surviving siblings are Sisters; Donna Van Zandt of Redmond, OR and Dianne Anderson Chiloquin, OR, and Sister-in-law Sue Lamb of Springfield, OR.

Carol is survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews and Great Great Nieces and Nephews, many cousins. Special mention of, Russ, Connie, Lance, Brenda, Eldon, Greg, Jaymi, Kevin, Jason, Sarah, Cameron, Kristy and all of their children.

Carol was loved by many. There were some she referred to as her second family.

Georgia Studdlefield, best friend (sister)

Lifelong friends, Marvin Herr, JoRay Herr their children, Nicole Herr Munchus, Tracy Michaels, and Bradley Herr. Joanne Westover and Jon Munchus.

Carol was known by many as The Cat Lady. She loved cats with a passion. In her whole life she was never without one to love on.

Carol and Larry lived in numerous places all over the United States. They were usually accompanied by the Herr's

Carol loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

She requested a memorial at the apartment she lived at for the past 11 years.

October 25, 2025, at 11:00 am led by Carol's, Pastor Scott Mews

There will be a potluck to follow.

A private Burial will be held on October 28th at Willamette National. Where she will be laid to rest with her husband Larry.
