Carole Dean Obituary

A native of Gowanda, she was born February 22, 1933, the daughter of the late Stanley and Marian Clark Poquadeck.
A retiree of WCA Hospital, she later returned to work as a beloved lunch lady with Jamestown Public Schools.
Carole enjoyed bird watching and loved spending time with family and longtime friends.
Surviving are three children Kim Wion of Busti and Beth (Gordy) Starks and Mark (Joanne) Dean both of Jamestown; grandchildren Jeremy Wion, Bill and Matt Ehrman, Doug and Marisa Lanphere, Conner and Kyle Dean and Kaitlyn Melendez and a great granddaughter Bella Ehrman.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Harry Dean in 1994; a son Gary Ehrman and an infant son David Ehrman.
A private graveside service will be held in Sunset Hill Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed.
Memorials may be made to Chautauqua County humane Society.
