Carole Ann Kostrub, age 79, of West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, passed away surrounded by her loving family, at her home on Monday, November 3, 2025.
Carole was born September 11, 1946, in Homestead, Pennsylvania, and graduated from West Mifflin North High School in 1964. She had worked for the Bell Telephone company for eight years and was a homemaker most of her life.
She survived by her husband and love of her life, Andrew Thomas Kostrub, to whom she was married for 56 years, as well as her children, Deborah Kostrub Scott (Michael Scott), of Whitaker, Pennsylvania, and Brian Kostrub, of West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, as well as her beautiful grandchildren, Mia Kovka, Sebastian Scott, and Rylee Scott, whom she loved and adored more than anything.
Carole will be best remembered for her beautiful decorations that she put a lot of time, effort, and love into every season and holiday. She also enjoyed tending to her yard throughout the years.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 1 – 4 PM at Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home, 1701 Route 51 Jefferson Hills, PA 15025.
