DuCharme, Caroline - beloved wife, sister, mentor, and friend, passed away peacefully November 14, 2025 after a brief but courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She was married to her devoted husband of 56 years, Joe, who remained by her side through every moment.
Caroline is survived by her husband Joe; her brother, James Fain; her sister, Barbara Udell and husband Jack; brothers-in-law Mark DuCharme and Bill Stockton; sister-in-law Barbara Fain. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who adored her, as well as her cherished friend, Kristie Brahce, who held a special place in her heart.
Caroline mastered the art of hairstyling, approaching her craft with talent, creativity, and genuine joy. She cared deeply for her clients, treating each one like family and making every person who sat in her chair feel seen, valued, and beautiful. Over the years, she became more than a stylist - she became a mentor. She guided countless young stylists, generously sharing her knowledge, her patience, and her belief that everyone has the potential to grow. Many of those she worked with credit her for shaping their careers and helping them find their confidence behind the chair and in life.
A memorial celebration of her life will be announced at a later date.
