Caroline Sylvester (nee Caporale), of Voorhees, passed away on September 23rd, 2025. She was 92 years old. Caroline was born in New York City on December 18th, 1932, to the late Stefano Caporale and the late Rose Caporale (nee Ricci). Devoted wife to the late Robert Sylvester. Loving mother to Gaye Peckel (late Stevan), Robert "Chip" (Patricia), and Scott (Liz). Beloved grandmother to Jessica Illum (Matt), Madison, Reilly, and Aaron. Cherished great- grandmother to Jaxon, Landon, Emerson, and Carson. Cherished sister to the late Katherine Timpano (late Gene) and the late Maryann Roma (late Patrick). Caroline was a long time resident of Ridgefield Park New Jersey and Leisuretown in Southampton, New Jersey. Caroline was one of the founders of Ridgefield Park Midget Football Cheerleading. She enjoyed table tennis, line dancing, traveling, swimming, playing cards and scrabble with her Leisuretown friends and family. She passionately loved her husband, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. She will be missed by everyone, whose life she touched. Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Sunday, September 28th, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Givnish Funeral Home of Marlton. Located at 398 E Main Street, Marlton, NJ, 08053. Immediately following the viewing there will be a funeral service beginning at 1 p.m., also at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to St. Judes https://www.stjude.org/
