Sunday, June 22, 2025, Carolyn J. (Borghi) Eyerman, age 81, of Dormont, passed away peacefully and with essence of love surrounding her. She is now at home with family and friends in heaven. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA, on June 9, 1944, and was the daughter of the late Angelo Borghi and Julia (Lovasz) Borghi. Carolyn was a South Hills High School graduate. After graduation, she worked at GNC, Hills Department Store, and Virginia Mansion. She enjoyed bird watching and feeding the birds and squirrels, planting flowers, cooking, baking and her famous home made spaghetti sauce. Sitting and talking to her children and grandchildren. Taking walks and especially walking around Peters Lake Park. Carolyn will always be remembered for her kind heart, vibrant sense of humor, adventurous spirit and most of all love of family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Beloved wife of the late Joseph J. "Sonny" Eyerman; loving mother of Nadine (Rodrick) Fletcher, James (Stacy) Eyerman, Michele Eyerman. Carol leaves her loving sister Connie Galbraith. Carol was preceded in death by her sister of Rosemarie Lawrence, Elizabeth Betty Lou Borghi, Mary Ellen Talak. Grandmother of Andrew Fletcher, Joe and Tori Eyerman. Several Cousins, nieces and nephews will miss her dearly. The family wishes to thank Alice and all the nurses from Gallagher Hospice for all the care and attention Carolyn received. Arrangements by Beinhauer Funeral Home. All services will be held privately.
