Carolyn (Carole) Sue (Weaver) Garner, 84, was born January 31, 1941 in Owatonna, MN and passed away unexpectedly October 13, 2025, due to complications of Parkinson's disease, in Spring Valley, WI. Carole was 4th of 5 children born to Harry Norman Weaver and Gloriette (Gloria) Evelyn (Papke). Carole had 4 children (Julianne (Julie), Joseph (Joe), Jenelle, and Jason) she raised as a single parent.
Carole was known for her sense of humor, good advice, artistic abilities, love of animals, making friends in the grocery checkout line, and never passing a garage sale by! Her children would joke that their childhood home décor was "Early American Garage Sale!" Carole enjoyed many cherished fur-babies over the years, taking her children to Grandma Weaver's on Forest Lake to fish with cane poles off the dock, going for rock hunts at sunset along the road (good agate hunting time!), creating elaborate Halloween costumes for her children, gardening, tending to house plants, family gatherings, listening to pop/rock 1970s music, Elvis, Ray Charles, but usually her favorite singer Cher, and least I forget, painting! She had enough paintings she completed to fill a museum!
Carole is survived by her daughter Julie of Baldwin, WI (granddaughter Natasha, mother of great granddaughter Hailey; grandson Niklas with wife Daleena, parents of great grandsons: Niklas Jr, and James of Texas), daughter Jenelle (significant other Darren Jacobson) of Wilson, WI (parents of countless "grand fur-babies"), son Jason (wife Danielle, great grandchildren Adia, and Aiden) of Las Vegas, NV, "son" Rocky Solas, Jr. (Nancy (Weaver) Rowe) of Las Vegas, NV, brother Harley Weaver (either MN, or NV), wonderful nieces (Trisha, Jackie, Kelly, Valorie), nephews (Danny, Scott), sisters in laws (Sandy (Bob), Linda), her Aunt Dorothy (Weaver) Bowman, and many great nephews, and nieces.
Carole was proceeded in death by her parents, brothers Robert (Bob) and Harry (Ozzy) Weaver, sister Nancy (Weaver) Rowe, son Joseph (Joe) Garner, bother in law Roger Rowe, sister in law LaDonna (Harley Weaver), nephew Nickolas Rowe, and niece Michelle (Weaver) Buseman.
Carolyn will be sincerely missed by all who's lives she touched!
