Carolyn and I were very close as cousins, and loved getting together as kids when she would come from Canada to Cambridge to visit "Nana"Barnard. Then we went all through college together, sharing joys and heartaches late into the night. She was always an inspiration to me, with her strong faith, never wavering. She had her eyes set on the finishing line, to be in the presence of Jesus--and she WON! Praise God!!!

Carolyn was loved by many people and I remember her fondly from time spent with her many years ago. She was always gentle, gracious and loving and has made a lasting impact on those who have had the privilege of knowing her. To her family, may you be comforted in knowing that she is with her Savior Jesus. Concentrate on all the wonderful memories of time spent together.
