Carolyn Rose (Webb) Marvin, 81, of Norwich, NY passed away on June 10, 2023, from complications of diabetes. She was born on September 24, 1941, in Norwich as daughter of the late Francis and Bertha (Gates) Webb, Sr.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth E. Marvin, Sr; her children, Maureen and Andy Sayles, Stephen and Pam Marvin, and Scott and (Melinda Wright) Marvin; 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren with one on the way. Her brothers, Robert and Shirley Webb, Melvin and Lorraine Webb; sisters in law, Martha (Neal) Hines, Inez Macomber, and brother-in-law, Harold Marvin, Sr. She was predeceased by her son, Kenneth Marvin, Jr; her brother, Francis Webb and sister Elizabeth (Betty) Cole.
Carolyn loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed doing Seek a Word books. She loved nature, especially bird watching. She liked dancing and singing and shopping with her family.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at St. Joseph’s Church, State St., Oxford, NY. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Church from 10:00 AM until the time of the Mass on Wednesday
