Carrie Jennifer McGuire

Carrie Jennifer McGuire,44, of Pax WV went home to be with the Lord in October 2025. Carrie was a loving mother to two beautiful daughters, Abigail and Allison, whom of which made her world. Carrie spent most of her life caring for others and found her joy in being a caregiver and home-health worker to many. Carrie lived to put smiles on faces, whether it be to crack a joke or sing and dance. She also found joy in rescuing animals as she could not turn a stray in need away.
Carrie is preceded in death by her mother, Brenda Faye Rollins, father, Patrick "Pat" Lemone McGuire, sister Jo Ann (McGuire) Adkins, and grandparents Ernest Berkley "Berk" and Gladys Ellen Rollins.
Carrie is survived by her two daughters, Abigail Rayann, and Allison Grace Tilley, her sisters, Patricia Elaine (Jerry) Johnson, Lora Lynn (Kenny) McQueen, Vickie Ellen McQuire, her brother, Patrick Shane McGuire, her nieces, Destiny Renee Johnson, Kelly Faye (Kelan) McFee, Hailey Marie Johnson, Summer JoAnn Alexis Roberts, Madison Trinity Roberts, and Brenlynn Hope McGuire, her nephews, Dakota Jo McQueen, Dylan Blake Williams, Jerry Ray Johnson Jr, and Patrick Glenny McGuire, great nieces Livia Jade McFee and Paisleigh Harper Johnson, great nephews, Kingston Alexander and Houston Ray Johnson, and Kolby Ray Nickoson.
Carrie is loved, cherished and missed by her family. Per family request, Carrie will be cremated by Cunningham Parker and Johnson Funeral Home, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, the family requests this service to be private.
