Carroll Levi Fulmer

With sadness, love and profound gratitude, the family of Carroll Levi Fulmer announces his passing on October 29, 2025 at his home in Groveland, Florida.
He was born on June 21, 1934 in Ridge Spring, SC to Barney Crystal Fulmer and Agnes Baughman Fulmer. He married Barbara Boatwright Fulmer on November 27, 1953, who became the love of his life for 67 years. He and Barbara were blessed with four children Cynthia Turner (George), Philip Fulmer (Ann), Tony Fulmer (Bonnie), and Tim Fulmer (Rhonda).
Carroll dedicated his life to building a trucking business, known today as Carroll Fulmer Logistics. In building this business they moved from South Carolina to New York to Florida. He did everything with such passion especially how he loved his family, friends, employees and God. He had a Bible ministry and gave a Bible to every employee or anyone that wanted one. During his lifetime he had many business ventures. He loved hunting, fishing and mostly his family. He was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Clermont, Fl. One of his favorite preachers was Billy Graham.
He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Fulmer. He is survived by 4 children, 13 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. He was also survived by 5 siblings while preceded in death by his parents and 4 siblings.
