Robert Rosete Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Brewer & Sons Funeral Homes - Brooksville Chapel on Nov. 6, 2025.
Better known as "Skeeto" "Uncle Bobby"
Robert E. Rosete, 61, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away peacefully at his home on November 5, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. He was born in The Bronx, New York, and had lived in Spring Hill for the past year and a half after moving from South Carolina.
Robert was the beloved son of Mesias Rosete and Josephine Rosete. He is survived by his brother, Michael of New York, and his sister, Laura of Florida; his nephews, Joseph and Jonathan; and his great-nephew, Jovanni. He is also remembered fondly by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
For the past 25 years, Robert devoted his life to caring for his significant other, Shirley Jenkins of South Carolina, who passed away in early 2024.
As the middle child, Robert was known for being a handful, but those who knew him best will remember his good heart and kind soul.
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who were fortunate to know him.

Robert had a kind heart and contagious laugh. We are grateful for his time and care he gave unselfishly with our mom Shirley . She spoke highly of his family and we saw him as our own family. Robert you have been a blessing. Rest easy my friend.
Deepest condolences to his family and friends...our hearts are broken today.

We are deeply saddened to hear of Robert´s passing. He was kind-hearted and we truly considered him part of our family. We will always be grateful for the many years he spent with our mother. His care, compassion, and companionship meant so much to her and to all of us. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
