Mr. Carroll Joseph Narcisse was born August 31, 1965, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, to Correst Pete Narcisse and Geraldine Vital Narcisse. Carroll attended Mt. Calvary Baptist Church and was in the W.O. Boston High School class of 1983. He was very athletic but a great baseball player. He loved his children and grandchildren and enjoyed spending quality time with them.
Carroll was a very kindhearted man and will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was dedicated to teaching his children about God and instilled strong morals in them. His faith was an important part of his life, and he made sure to guide his children with love and wisdom.
Carroll worked for the City of Lake Charles and was passionate about giving back to his community. He dedicated his time to volunteer work for outreach programs, always striving to make a positive impact on those in need.
Mr. Narcisse departed this life on Monday, March 3, 2025, in Lake Charles. He leaves to cherish his memories six daughters, Shalissa Bertrand, Kai and Brielle Narcisse, Kaisley, Kaylee, and Ryleigh Brown; one son, Josiah Narcisse; their mother, Kayla Brown; his sister, Martha Narcisse Smith; brothers, Willie "Apple Jack," David, Stanley, and Craig Marks; seven grandchildren, Malachi Bertrand, Skilyn, Kaitlyn, Alina, Serenity, Armani, and Emani Victorian; former wives, Anna Milhet and Deadra Dotson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Jacqueline Gilmore.
