Carson Alan Minor, 22, passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at Moses Cone Hospital. He was a native of Guilford County and the son of Jeffrey Alan and Joy Greeson Minor.
Carson was a hardworking independent young man that loved to get his hands dirty and help in any way he could. A great outdoors man and a bossy young fella especially when it came to hunting. Hunting was his life; it was part of who he was. He loved to ride atv’s didn’t matter what kind of atv, dirtbike, fourwheeler, side by side, he knew even if it was something he’d never rode before he knew what to do and how to do it. He had a stubborn personality but that was part of what made him special and why he was loved by so many. Carson loved his friends and family and enjoyed spending time with them.
He is survived by his parents of the home, Jeff and Joy Minor; his sister, Olivia Minor of the Home; his girlfriend, Kelsey Pyrtle; maternal grandparents, Gary and Brenda Greeson of Whitsett and a paternal grandmother, Pam Minor of McLeansville; aunt, Jennifer Ann Greeson of Conway, SC and cousins, James Garrett Bradsher, Hayleigh Kathryn Bradsher and Ivey Elizabeth Bradsher. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Eddie Minor.
