Cary Didion Obituary
Cary M. "Mike" Didion, age 67, of Erie, passed away Monday, July 8, 2024. He was born in Erie on April 30, 1957, son of the late Roy F. and Anna Mae McKelvey Didion.
Mike was a member of the Elks Club, Siebenbuerger Club and St. Francis Ushers Club. He enjoyed golfing.
Mike is survived by five brothers, John Ohmer (Joyce), Eugene Myers (Judy), Rodney Didion (Linda), Rodger Didion (Lisa) and Roy Didion II; stepchildren, Stephen and Kelli Tapia; step-grandchildren, AJ and Brittany Tapia; step-great-grandchildren, Austin and Kayla Tapia; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dawn Didion.
Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd., on Friday, July 12th, from 3 pm until the time of the Funeral Service there at 7 pm conducted by Rev. Rich Blose.

I met Mike at the Buena Park Elks club. He was my dance partner, Dawn didn't care to dance. We all had many great dancing nights, memories, fun. Thanks for always talking me around the dance floor. Love you, miss you.

Mike liked to travel with Don and me to Hilton Head. I don´t know how many times he came with us. He´d do most of the driving and he never minded taking me shopping. Lest summer, I took Mike to Florida with me to watch my granddaughters for a long weekend. Mike was their bonus grandpa. They loved him and he loved them.

Mike traveled to Hilton Head many times, once with Dawn. He also traveled with me to Florida to stay with my granddaughters while their parents took a short cruise. He was a great bonus grandpa. He just saw Erin in June while she was here. They were great buddies. We will all miss you, my friend.

I was Mikes wife Dawns caregiver. Mike was such a a caring man. He will be missed by alot o the people. RIP and I hope Dawn was there with arms opened to you . She was the love of your life.
