I still miss you, Clyde/Diefie/Caryl.....It would be such fun to reminisce together-but some day I´ll join you and we´ll have a chance to be buddies and besties again.

Since our friendship took place when we were in elementary and high school in Teaneck, NJ, back in the early 50´s mostly, I don´t remember many conversations clearly. We laughed together a lot-many times about Clyde Beatty (anybody remember him?). There was a radio show we listened to (long time ago!) religiously which we then needed to discuss in detail and at length-often to peals of laughter. We did this for the several years that show was on the radio. We attended camp together and sometimes vacationed together as young teens. We were buddies. I miss her. And I miss having yet another opportunity to fly back east to visit. Moral...don´t put off visiting dear friends you love.

Caryl and I were dear friends in our childhood and teen years. She was Deefie to me and I was Fish-then we both called each other Clyde for a long time-even in recent years in a text. So many memories! Whispering Willows camp, Spray Beach NJ, and hours of teen girl chat. We graduated from Teaneck High School in 1955 and went our separate ways to college and marriage and adult life. I miss her-and look forward to a grand reunion when I join her in Heaven.
