Casey was born in Indianapolis, IN on March 24, 1983, a daughter of the late Lisa Shoemake Sizemore and David Payton.
Casey is survived by her children: Kaitlyn Asher of Manchester, and Aiden Guth of Annville.
She is also survived by the following brothers and sister: Jerry Sizemore of Annville, David Shoemake of Manchester, Michael Shoemake of Manchester, and Amanda Shoemake of Tyner; as well as her boyfriend, Thomas Goodwin.
Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, September 8th at Britton Funeral Home, with Scotty Jewell officiating. Burial will follow in the Tuttle Cemetery in London, KY.
Visitation will be held from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM on Monday, September 8th at Britton Funeral Home.
