Cassandra Ann Lamb, age 37, passed away Friday, March 22, 2024 surrounded by her family.
"Sauns," as she was often called, is the daughter of Randy and Regina Hall Lamb and was born in Fayette County on August 5, 1986. At age 14, she graduated high school as a valedictorian. She was a highly valuable, hardworking employee for Velocity Global in the Warranty Claims Division. She loved traveling, camping and "all things Disney." However, spending time with her family was what she enjoyed most. She was a member of Red House Holiness Church.
In addition to her mother, Cassandra is survived by two sisters: Kaitlin and Annie Lamb; her brother: Landin Lamb, her paternal grandmother: Sharon Hardin Lamb, her maternal grandparents: George and Shirley McQueen Hall, a very special family member: Wesley Little, two very special cousins who were like siblings, Shannon Hall, Sr. and Sarah Hall and several aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and her loving church family.
"Cassie," another of her favorite nicknames, was preceded in death by her father, Randy Lamb and her paternal grandfather: Rev. Junior Lamb.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 PM Monday, March 25, 2024 at Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Tuesday at the funeral home with Rev. Kurt Davis and Rev. George Hall, Jr. officiating.
Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery by her father.
Pallbearers will be George Hall, Jr., Timmy Lainhart, Wesley Little, Bill Parrett, Dale Rhodus and Shannon Hall, Sr.

Cassandra was such a beautiful and sweet person. She was my supervisor when we both worked at KMSF. I am sure she will be missed by many family friends. Rest in peace Cassandra.
