Born October 23,1960 in Missouri
Went to the Lord January 15, 2026, in Peoria Arizona
Survived by her Mother Myrtle Krasch, husband Lance Burnside, daughter April, son Robert, and grandchildren Amie, Alyssa, Lorraine, Jacob, and Jenna. Her father Robert Krasch preceded her in death.
Cathy passed away very unexpectedly. She had a protein prion called CJD believed to be hereditary from her birth father.
Cathy was one of the most loving people you have ever met. She gave her heart, time, and soul to so many. Children were everything to her. She had so many children she loved and took care of to her fullest through all her years.
She was an amazing wife. My father always said she was an angel.
She was the greatest mother! She gave her children everything she absolutely could. We love her very much and will miss her greatly.
She was the best Nana ever!! She gave so lovingly to all of her grandchildren. They all just brought her pure joy. They are all devastated to lose her.
She loved God and her community and would help however and whomever she could. She had a strong faith in the Lord.
She was a great and faithful servant of God.
She loved animals and all of her dogs fully as well. Her fur babies she called them.
Even though she lived in Arizona most of her life she loved the ocean. She always wanted to go to the beach. It was her sanctuary.
The loss of Cathy is a tragedy to so many. She was absolutely so loved!! She will be missed for generations to come.
We love you so much Wife, Mom, and Nana!!! You will live on in our hearts and minds forever. May you rest with Jesus in peace.
We will be having a celebration of life for Cathy on February 28, 2026, 9am-5pm.

Me and Alyssa had such a good nana that she would surprise, me and Alyssa with each other. She would take her time and make sure I would see Alyssa and she would see me. And the most special thing about her was her love and generosity for me and Alyssa, she got me and Alyssa whatever we would want from our favorite store. And she would take me to tumbling which was the most fun thing we did together. That's why I miss her a whole lot. What I know about her now is that she is with Jesus and she is not hurting and having the best time of her life. That's me in the yellow! Love, Lorraine
