Catherine was a reservationist with Scandinavian Airlines for many years. After a successful career at Scandinavian Airlines as a reservationist, Catherine's journey took a transformative turn when she discovered her true passion in floral design. She found her calling as a floral designer, a realm where her innate creativity flourished. Catherine shared her gift with the world through her work with Creations by Fran in Midland Park for many years.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Edward and her dear sister Michele Conlin and her husband Robert. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday Nov.8,2024 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home of Wyckoff 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ 07481. A Funeral Mass is planned for Saturday Nov.9,2024 10:30am at St. Elizabeth's R.C. Church 700 Wyckoff Ave. Wyckoff, NJ 07481.
Entombment to follow at Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah, NJ
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Catherine can be made to Father John's Animal House 50 Father John's Lane, Lafayette, NJ. 07848 www.fatherjohns.org would be appreciated.

Hello Ed, my name is Christina Marvel and I worked with Cathy from day 1 at SAS. I live in Wyckoff close by. After our retirement I used to run into Cathy occasionally at Stop & Shop or CVS when she was working with greeting cards. There was also one time when the 2 of you were having dinner at Rosario´s. I want to send my sincerest sympathies. I only just now, on Sun, have learned about the local arrangements or I would have come personally. I hope her memory will soon give you comfort.
