Betty (Catherine Elizabeth) Davidson, a lifelong resident of Mount Kisco, NY passed away peacefully on May 19, 2025, at the age of 93. Betty lived a life filled with joy, fun and deep love for her family.
Born September 30, 1931, in Edinburgh, Scotland, Betty came to live in Mount Kisco and remained there for over nine decades. A graduate of Mont Kisco High School, Betty fell in love with and married the love of her life Henry A. Davidson. As a United States Air-force wife, they traveled together before settling and building their home in Bedford Corners. Together they proudly raised their son Scott Henry Davidson, and built a life in faith, family and community. Betty worked at the telephone company, as well as various medical offices throughout her years, but her priorities were being a devoted wife, proud mother and eventually a grandmother. She took pride in her home, a place where friends and family gathered and she always welcomed. She was a pillar of strength within her family, she always made others feel thought of. Betty was a passionate tennis player, her true joy was being on the court. Betty also loved animals and had many pets she adored in her lifetime. She was a lifelong member of the United Methodist Church of Mount Kisco, where she found friendship and community.
Betty was predeceased by her husband Henry. She is survived by her son Scott Davidson, as well as her granddaughter Elyse Davidson Preis. Betty was a loving Great Grandmother to Aviva and Greyson Preis. Betty's legacy of love will forever be cherished by her family.
