Funeral services will be held at Waitt Funeral Home on Monday, June 17 from 11:00 to 2:00 pm and 5:00 to 9:00 pm.
The Mass will be held at Most Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, June 18 at 10:00am. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
Catherine was born in Tampa, Florida to Armando and Anna Pariante on January 5, 1945. She worked as a secretary for Manhattan Properties Company for thirty years. She enjoyed a big glass of red wine with extra ice surrounded by her loving family & many friends. Without fail, she never missed an opportunity to say 'I love you' and she was truly loved in return. Catherine is survived by her daughter, Philomena, and four sons as well as their wives: Frank & Rosa, Armand & Christine, Angelo & Denise, and Joseph & Rina. She was adored by her eight grandchildren - Anne Marie, Frank, Amanda, Samantha, Briana, Christopher, Lauren and Michela. She was the big sister to Sandra, Ann Marie, and Debbie. She is preceded in death by her husband of fifty years, Angelo, their daughter, Anne Marie, and her sister, Donna.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donating to one of her two favorite charities - The Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide (sptsusa.org) and Camp Fatima of New Jersey (campfatimanj.org).

Cathy and I became good friends after my husband passed. We were partners in crime, going to dinner, the movies, events at our clubhouse and even taking a trip to AC. We laughed until our sides almost split and reminisced about the times that our children were young. I will miss her with all my heart. Cathy, now you can be with your husband and daughter. They are awaiting your arrival with a band of angels to herald you into paradise. Rest well, dear friend.
