Catherine was born on November 2, 1942, and passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at the age of eighty-three. She is survived by her daughter, Belinda Harrell; two sons, David Harrell, Donald Harrell, and wife Paula; grandchildren, Caleb Harrell, Skylar Harrell, Britt Harrell,and wife Monica, Zack Harrell, and wife Haley, Cameron Harrell, McKenzie Harrell and Shelby Stanga; great-grandchildren, Spencer Harrell, Addison Ray Deere, Alisa Deere, Sadi Barber, Blakli Barber, Ryder Harrell, Asher Hawthorne, Julie Harrell; brothers, Sam Musgrove, Johnny Musgrove, and wife Fredia, Larry Musgrove, and wife Elva; sister-in-law, Ginger Musgrove; and brothers-in-law, Larry Elkins and James Harrell.
Catherine is preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Leon Harrell, Jr.; grandchild, Trapper John Adkins; parents, George and Mae Thompson Musgrove; siblings, RoxAnn Barton, and husband Keith, Eliz "Lollie" Elkins, Joyce Dupree, and husband Shorty, Bobby Musgrove, and Jerry Musgrove.
Serving as pallbearers are: Belinda Harrell, David Harrell, Donald Harrell, Paula Harrell, Skylar Harrell, McKenzie Harrell and Shelby Stanga.
