Catherine Kruger

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved family member. Her story started in Ireland and as a teenager emigrated with her immediate family to the United States; residing in New York. That is where she met Gerard; her best friend, long companion, and her husband of nearly 60 years. Eventually moving to Pennsylvania, where they created a warm and welcoming home. Retirement brought that love and welcoming home to Florida where they continued to care and support many surrounding them.
She is survived by their cherished children: Kevin, Karen, Chad, Karalynn, Erin, Tyler, Jessie, Kimberly, Natalie, and Collette. A proud grandmother to many, their legacy of love will continue through their grandchildren and all who knew them. She is also remembered fondly by her brother, Tony, who shared in many treasured memories.
Preceding her in death is their beloved son, Christopher; sisters, Colleen and Collette; and her dear parents, whose influence shaped the person she became.
As we celebrate her life, we remember the joy she brought to our lives and the indelible mark she left on our hearts. Her spirit will live on in the stories we share and the love we carry forward. Funeral services held at Lohman Funeral home in Port Orange Florida. Followed by a gathering and a meal at Alberto's catering venue.
