Catherine Ann Lorenski

Catherine Ann (Gaurich) Lorenski, (affectionately called Mom-Mom Iggy) age 75, of Upper Chichester, PA, formerly of Brookhaven, PA, died on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at home. She was a graduate of West Deer High School, Class of 1967. Catherine was employed at the Devereux Center. She also was a devoted longtime foster parent to 32 children.
Mom-Mom Iggy loved to read and was a sports fan, especially football. She loved spending time with friends. Mom-Mom Iggy loved to chat on the phone, and was proud that she was able to figure out sending emoji's and GIFs.
Daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Polc) Gaurich; Wife of the late Richard D. Lorenski, Jr., Mother of the late Michael Lorenski.

Sons: Stephen (Nicole), Ryan and Michael Lorenski
Daughter: Stephanie Lorenski
Grandchildren: Felicia, Mackenzie, Mykia, Dakotah, Makel, Angelina, Cassandra, George, Morgan and Colin
Sister: Cindy Hoffman
Mom-Mom Iggy was a mother to all, she touched many lives and will be dearly missed.
Visitation: Monday, August 5th from 10:30-11:15AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.
Funeral Service: Monday, August 5th at 11:30AM at the funeral home.
Interment: Private.
