Catherine M. (Leone) Wojtecki
Catherine M. Wojtecki, age 74 of Albion, Pa., died Sunday morning, March 17, 2024 at her home with her husband by her side.
Catherine was born in Pittsburgh, Pa on April 29, 1949, the daughter of the late Patsy and Priscilla (Amatangelo) Leone. She married her husband, Edward Wojtecki on May 15, 1968 and they enjoyed 55 years of marriage. Catherine was a member of the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Albion.
Besides her parents, Catherine is preceded in death by a Great-granddaughter; Kinsley Rose Wojtecki and two brothers; Warren and William Leone.
Catherine is survived by her husband, Ed; and a son, Brian (Kelly) Wojtecki of Cranesville and a daughter, Shelia Kovacs of Albion. Also four grandchildren; Breanna (Xavier) Ranelli, Braydon (Alicia) Wojtecki, Andrew (Tina) Kovacs, Justin Kovacs and eight great-grandchildren; Caitlynn and Hayden Kovacs, Maddalena, Maximus and Marshall Ranelli, Finnley and Owen Wojtecki, and Anthony Alley. She is also survived by a sister, Giovina Robertson of Australia and an aunt, Gilda Carr.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at a date to be determined at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Albion and Catherine will be laid to rest in the Albion Cemetery.
Arrangements are being handled by the Jean Evans Thompson Funeral Home, East Springfield, PA.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made in Memory of Catherine Wojtecki to Because You Care, 6041 West Road, McKean, PA 16426.
