Cathy Diane Creasman, age 68, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2025. Born on June 23, 1956, Cathy lived a life filled with love, strength, and quiet devotion to her family, her work, and her passions.
Cathy was a compassionate and dedicated nurse for 27 years, touching countless lives with her care and kindness. Beyond her professional life, she found joy in the simple and meaningful-gardening in the sunshine, putting pencil to paper through drawing and writing, and spending time with those she loved most.
She was preceded in death by her beloved mother Reba Riggs, father Will Gladson, stepfather Clyde Riggs, and sister Janice Hampton. Their memory remained a constant presence in her heart.
Cathy's legacy lives on through her daughters: Amy Creasman, Ashley (Jesse) Johnson, and Abbie (Morgan) Solt, and her cherished grandchildren: Ryan Lynn, Hannah Lynn, Sarah Lynn, Bexley Solt, and Lainey Solt. To them, she was not just a mother or grandmother, but their "Granny" or "Mimi"-a source of endless warmth, laughter, and unconditional love.
She is also survived by her loving sister, Sonia Alamo, with whom she shared a lifelong bond.
Cathy will be remembered for her generous spirit, her creativity, and the deep love she gave freely to family and friends. She leaves behind a beautiful legacy of resilience, care, and love-a life well lived and deeply appreciated.
She is, and always will be, loved by many.
Cathy's family will receive friends from 4pm until 6pm with the service starting at 6pm on Tuesday June 3rd at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN 37311.
