Cathy Anne Glenn

Cathy Markwood Glenn, age 64 of Lancaster, died January 19th, 2023 at The Pickering House. She was born to the late Harold and Mildred Cole Markwood on June 4, 1958 in Lancaster. Cathy worked for Fairfield Federal for 45 years enjoying and learning each and every aspect of banking. Cathy watched the OSU Buckeyes, wondered beaches, and loved more than anything to spend time with her grandchildren. Her love for life and amazing personality will be greatly missed by all who knew Cathy.
She is survived by her sons, Jason (Jessica Cipollone) Sharp and Nathan (Heidi) Sharp; grandchildren, Olivia, Mason, Emmalyn, Genevieve, Grady, and Charleston; nephew, John Maholm; and niece, Stacy (Dick) Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Sandy Maholm.
A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Friday, Jan. 27th at 6PM at Lancaster Vineyard Church, 431 Whiley Rd, Lancaster, OH 43130. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 2PM until 4PM and 6PM until 8PM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, 405 N. Columbus St. Lancaster. Caring Cremation ™ will follow the calling hours and burial of Cathy's remains will take place at Floral Hills Memory Gardens at a later date.
