Cathy Louise Huffines

Cathy Louise Pinnix Huffines of Greensboro, NC, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2026. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ezlee Brady Pinnix; father, Dennis Pinnix; son, Randy Allen Huffines; beloved husband, Randy Huffines; and stepdaughter, Angela Huffines.

Cathy leaves behind three sons: Steve and his wife, Jennifer, Brian and his wife, Ashley, and Mark and his wife, Debbie, and her two brothers, Dennis Pinnix and his wife, Jayne, Randy Pinnix and his wife, Veetta, and her sister Carol Ward and her husband, Harold.

She also had several grandchildren, nieces, and Nephews. Originally from Greensboro, Cathy used to have a booth with her husband, Randy, at the Highway 29 flea market, where they spent a lot of their time. Cathy loved to go shopping at Hamrick's and decorate for the holidays, especially Christmas.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. All are welcome to gather, share memories, and celebrate a life well lived. Brown Summit Baptist Church is assisting Mrs. Huffines' family with the arrangements.
