Cathy Purcinski, beloved wife, cherished mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and dear friend to many passed away peacefully on November 6, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Edward Purcinski, and her parents, James and Joann Towe.
She is lovingly remembered by her children, Cheri (Joseph) Bridge and James Purcinski; her cherished grandchildren, Jackson, Chloe, and Cooper Bridge, and Brantley Purcinski; and her sisters, Debby Yetka, Melissa Davis, Victoria Reeder, Courtney Gonzalez, and her many nieces and nephews.
Cathy retired from Maine West High School and found her greatest joy in her family, especially spending time with grandchildren and nieces and nephews, attending gatherings, and sharing stories that brought people together.
In honor of her life and compassionate spirit, the family requests that donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
