Cecelia (Sally) Niemisto was born January 25th 1937 in Bayfield, WI to Felix and Charlotte King. She died August 18, 2022 in Seymour WI. She was surrounded by her children and grandchildren in her last hours.
Sally lived most of her life with her husband Roger and 4 children in Mishicot, WI and worked at Fox Hills Resort for 20 years-most of them as a dining and banquet Manager. Sally loved to spend time with her family having good food, conversation and laughs. Sally also loved to travel on a whim going wherever the wind took her and Roger.
Sally was preceded in death by husband Roger Sr. (2020) and by 2 daughters Laurie Niemisto (1978) and Margaret Schwerma (1996); parents and 7 siblings Betty Morrin, Katherine Roberts, Charlotte Fisher, Leona, Francis, Mike and Felix King,
She is survived by her 2 children: Lisa Holsen (Manitowoc) and Roger Niemisto Jr (De Pere), her 5 grandchildren: Laurie Latifi, Chad and Russel Schwerma, Mitchell and Brian Holsen, and her 6 great grandchildren: Arian and Armen Latifi, Caitlin Schwerma and Archer, Dominic and Roman Holsen. 2 surviving siblings: Barbara Johnson and Doris Innis
A future memorial service will be held. Sally and Roger's ashes will be scattered together in Washburn WI in their favorite park. Condolences may be sent to Lisa Holsen, 2121 Meadow Way, Manitowoc, WI 54220 or post to the www.NewcomerGreenBay.com for Sally or Roger.
